What is your primary product or service?
AS9100/ISO9001 Registered Manufacturing facility. Specializing in CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Swiss Screw Machine and Precision Assembly
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first started machining in 1975. Although school was general studies, I enjoyed mechanical drawing and creating things in metal and wood shop. While machining at my first shop job, I became interested in the business end of the business and directed my path from machines to production control, materials, quality and then management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Simple, we deliver first quality parts exactly when our customer needs them. That includes internal customers as well as customers across the industry spectrum. If we do not meet 100% OTD & Quality, we work harder to improve.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Posimech has one location centrally located close to the Long Island Expressway. We recently expanded (2015) our facility and added several more CNC Swiss and CNC Lathes. We also added a Nikon vision system to our well tooled inspection department. Currently adding another 4/5 Axis CNC Mill.
