My mother ordered from them and their food was very mediocre compared with the Manhattan franchise. When she tried to cancel (after only 3 days trial), the owner gave her a hard time, claiming that the economy was so bad, he'd have to fire workers because of the loss of her business! He continued to argue with her, and insisted that she had to pay for the whole month, $900. Crazy. Their website stated a five day trial period, which they swiftly removed from the site after her call to them. She told them that she'd pay for the full 5 days, but not more than that. Lo and behold the owner charged her for the whole month. Thank goodness for American Express. They are investigating and denying them payment for fraudulent advertising and business practices. Don't get caught up with them. Order from the Manhattan franchise. Their food is amazing and they are upright. This guy is a thief. My mom is 81 yrs old...and told him that... Taking advantage of anyone, especially the elderly, is unconscionable. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau as well.
