I've been a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent since 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily a listing agent able to market and sell properties including those that others could not sell!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been intrigued with the business ever since buying my first property in 1980. With a background in media sales and internet sales, I always felt I could do a better job.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I sell more than 9 out of 10 homes I list, compared to an average of only 3 out of 10 that currently is the norm. With market research and advanced marketing techniques, I get the job of selling homes done - fast!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Realty Connect has 11 offices with more than 550 agents and is the fastest growing real estate company on Long Island.
