We have been in business over 30 years. Started in 1980.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our Family goes back three generations in the restaurant and catering business. In the 1930's, Paul Futerman started the family's first delicatessen in Brooklyn, selling corned beef, pastrami, and pickles. His son, Stewart, later expanded the business to Queens and Long Island. Stewart grew up in the business and later had a vision to start a catering company with his wife Corinne. And thus Corinne's Concepts in Catering began in their home more than 30 years ago. Today, Corinne and Stewart's two sons Jarid and Keith, who both hold degrees in Restaurant Management, have positions within the company. Corinne's Concepts in Catering continues to grow with the addition of two businesses. Stewart's Mobile Concepts, which focuses on providing mobile kitchen rentals and catering services across the country, and Corinne's Gourmet Selections, which specializes in the manufacturing of wholesale foods sold in fine gourmet shops around the country.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer very personalized attention and service to each of our clients. We walk them through every phase of planning and catering their special events making them the most memorable occasions in their lives.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have our catering commissary and office located at 845 East Jericho Tpke. We also have our brand new special events/catering room and Lounge called "841 East" located next door. We are always looking at new opportunities for expansion.
