The ULTIMATE Rock Music Camp, for 7 - 17 year olds!
Beyond Rock is a one-of-a-kind summer program in Central Nassau where 7-17 year olds of all ability levels have a blast playing in rock bands and learning music skills while they make friends, build confidence, and learn to be part of an empowering community. Everyone who's gone has loved it.
This camp is a life changing experience. In addition to the bands, Kids and teens get quality workshops, write and record songs, learn music software, play improv games, perform a concert at a major music club, so much more!

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Wanted to create a place where kids could have fun and grow as musicians, but, most importantly, to feel part of a safe and supportive community where they can "step out of their comfort zone" and gain confidence. I was super shy as a kid and would have loved this.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
A one of a kind blend of: - Quality music instruction -Workshops in songwriting, stage presence, digital multi-track recording and more - The rock band experience your kids have always dreamed of - Fun improvisational and recreational games and activities that build self-esteem and confidence! All ability levels are welcome! Through intensive musical learning and play, our outstanding, experienced staff develop young musicians while they teach skills that kids can use for a lifetime. Teamwork Self Esteem Courage / Risk-taking Positive Attitude Listening Skills Self Expression At the end of each session, the bands put on a real rock concert at the famous Mulcahy's Music Hall. Best of all, students form great friendships while they have lots and lots of fun. We define rock music to include any popular music style your kids may enjoy. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We hope to offer additional opportunities for kids and teens (and adults!) to rock out!
